So, if you suffer from chronic back pain, try to lay on your left side. Sleeping on your left side can do wonders. It can take pressure off of your spine and keep it in a naturally curved position. It can also relieve tension from your lower back and stomach. This will make you feel more comfortable and increase your chance of getting a good night’s slumber.
