9 Healthy Herbal Teas You Should Try

Here are some recipes of herbal teas that can be beneficial for your health, but also some of which will make you discover new flavors.  A good herbal tea to relax you, strengthen your body and your immune defenses or to soften your pains… 

1. Celery and orange tea 

Ingredients: 2 celery stalks with leaves, 1 orange, 1 liter of water 
Method: thoroughly wash the celery stalks and the orange. Put the water to boil and when it does, add the cut celery and the zest of the orange. Leave another 5 to 10 minutes at low heat. Leave to stand for about 10 minutes and add orange juice. Dose: 2 to 3 cups / day.
