9 Healthy Herbal Teas You Should Try


Here are some recipes of herbal teas that can be beneficial for your health, but also some of which will make you discover new flavors.  A good herbal tea to relax you, strengthen your body and your immune defenses or to soften your pains… 

1. Celery and orange tea 

Ingredients: 2 celery stalks with leaves, 1 orange, 1 liter of water 
Method: thoroughly wash the celery stalks and the orange. Put the water to boil and when it does, add the cut celery and the zest of the orange. Leave another 5 to 10 minutes at low heat. Leave to stand for about 10 minutes and add orange juice. Dose: 2 to 3 cups / day. 
Medicinal virtues: A herbal tea that purifies the blood helps to increase the red blood cells. It will also be beneficial in cases of arterial hypertension, in bronchial ailments and in rheumatism. Not to forget its virtues against stress, with a relaxing action on the nervous system. 

2. Elderberry herbal tea 

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of dried elderberry Method: make an infusion for about ten minutes with a teaspoon of elderberries per cup of boiling water. Filter before drinking and sweeten with honey if necessary. Dose: 3 cups / day

3. Lemon ginger herbal tea

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon of ginger, 1 lemon 
Method: Infuse for a few minutes a teaspoon of fresh or dried ginger for a cup of water. Filter before drinking and add lemon juice. Dose: 1 Cup / day.

4. Lemon and flax tea 

Ingredients: 2 tablespoon of flax, water, 1 lemon 
Method: Macerate overnight 2 tablespoons of seeds to 500 ml of water. In the morning, boil for 5 minutes. Filter before drinking and add lemon juice. Dose: 1 cup / day.

6. Orange and chamomile herbal tea 

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon chamomile, 1 orange 
Method: prepare an infusion for 10 minutes, at a rate of 1 teaspoon per cup. You can also add orange zest (after having washed it well) to perfume your tea. Filter before drinking. Add the orange juice. Dose: 2 to 3 cups / day.

Ingredients: 2 teaspoons of dried marigold flowers, 1 orange, few drops essence of orange blossom
